APPLICATION FORM

ASSOCIATE THERAPIST ROLE

We're looking for qualified and experienced Counsellors & Psychotherapists to join our multidisciplinary, creative, intercultural, therapeutic team. 


We are primarily an online therapy provision with limited face-to-face therapy opportunities. Well-being workshop facilitation opportunities are also available.


This opportunity is specifically for Black, African, Caribbean, mixed and/or people of colour to fulfil the requirements of a particular BME focused project. 


Bring your spiritual gifts, creative mindset and psychological skills to help heal the community and contribute towards generational change.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be familiar with issues associated with minoritized and racialised groups and be interested in supporting the mental health needs of the BME community. 


You will have an interest in Intercultural Therapy and have experience working with complex trauma and race based stress.


You will be registered and/or accredited with a professional ethical body such as BACP, NCS, UKCP etc. 


You will have your own professional and public liability insurance and be registered with the ICO for data protection and GDPR compliance. 


Terms of employment by self employed contract. You will be registered self employed and responsible for paying your own income tax an NI contributions.

PAY

Qualified Associates £35 per hour

 An eclectic approach integrating African-centred thought and Intercultural psychotherapy, which addresses 

culture, ethnicity, identity and spirituality (CIES),

when working therapeutically to support individual

mental health needs. 

The psychological impact of issues that affect racialised and minoritized groups are also observed through a 

trauma informed lens. 


These elements are integral to working with persons from minority ethnic groups.
